Keep tinkering with your routine to make it fit your unique life.

Push your boundries every day. Learn a new skill. Go the extra mile.

Don't be too rigid. Allow for exceptions to your routine. For family gatherings or dinner with friends for instance.

Forgive yourself. You might never achieve a perfect day. But you should do your best to do your best.
