The 15min Healthy Meal (I'm Doing A Jay-Z)
❗️If you eat mostly plants, you need to supplement (Vitamin B12, Vitamin D and Omega-3 DHA and EPA), and eat a complete diet of Whole Grains, Legumes, Vegetables including a little Seaweed, Mushrooms and Dark Leafy Greens and Fruits and Nuts&Seeds and Herbs&Spices. 🌱🖖

Ingredients:
1. Sweet Potatoes.
2. A can of Legumes (Beans, Lentils, Chickpeas, Green Peas) or a block of Tofu.
3. Vegetables.
4. Iodized Salt, Vinegar, Vegetable Oil and Pepper. (For optimal health, eliminate Salt and Oil)
Method:
1. Chop the Vegetables and Sweet Potato and cook them for 10min in the Microwave at 300W. In a glass Pyrex bowl with a lid, suitable for heat.
2. Add the can of Legumes or Tofu and cook for another 5min in the Microwave at 300W.
3. Stir in a little bit Salt, Oil and Vinegar and a lot of Pepper. (In practice, I only add Pepper.)
4. Just eat it.
(You can pimp with Dark Leafy Greens, Ground Seeds, a little bit of Seaweed, Onion, Parsley,...)
(Cooking your plants with a microwave on a low and slow setting is the cooking method that preserves the most nutrients.)
(You can switch Sodium Chloride Salt (regular salt) for Potassium Chloride salt, and decrease your risk of heart disease and strokes. But this alternative Salt tastes horrible for some people.)
(A microwave with mechanical dails is easier to use, as opposed to one with a digital interface.)
